MEET AND GREET IN FLORIDA

A big thank you goes out this week to Florida State Director, Ron Maiellaro, President of the Florida FAIRtax Educational Association, for contributing this week’s report on a Meet and Greet for our President, Steve Hayes, who came up to Gainesville FL from Clearwater FL. Ron and Bob Paxton broadcast a digital TV show every Wednesday followed by a podcast (audio only) of the same show on Friday.

You can watch the show every Wednesday at 11:30 AM (ET) streaming to Facebook LIVE (www.facebook.com/fairtax).  If you’re not a fan of Facebook, you can watch FAIRtax Power Radio on xcluded.tv at the same broadcast time - or any time.

Pictured below, left to right, are Ron Maiellaro, Steve Hayes, and Bob Paxton.

Ron writes:

On Wednesday, August 29th, Steve Hayes was a guest on FAIRtax Power Radio which is broadcast from Big Daddy Studios in Gainesville.  We did two half hours shows; one was live on Facebook and xcluded.tv from 11:30 to noon. Then we recorded a second half hour show to be broadcast on Wednesday, September 5th at 11:30 AM.

After the broadcasts we held a Meet & Greet with Steve in the meeting room of Big Daddy Studios.  It was attended by about 40 people who had the chance to ask Steve questions about the FAIRtax.  That lasted about two hours.  We also had lunch for the attendees.

As a bonus, Allen Moss brought his ’32 Ford Pickup which we call the FAIRtax Hot Rod.

This was a very successful event. The audience offered good questions and Steve was able to discuss many aspects of tax reform including his long history in the effort to rid ourselves of the federal income tax.

I want to thank Steve for devoting an entire day to the broadcasts and the Meet & Greet, Allen Moss for bringing his amazing car, my wife Elaine (pictured below) for making sure everyone had enough to eat and Bob Paxton for creating FAIRtax Power Radio.

A special thanks to Tony & Sherrie McNight (pictured below), owners of Big Daddy Studios, for inviting us to broadcast FTPR from their studio and for co-hosting this event.  We are truly grateful.

CALL FOR PICTURES AND WRITEUPS

We need more of you to send in pictures and news, just as Ron Maiellaro did.  If you have anything to share, please send your material to me at jim.bennett@fairtax.org, or text me at (908) 578-4975, or fax me at (908) 598-2888. When others see your activity, they are inspired, and the process snowballs. When the process snowballs, Congress Members and Senators and, yes, even the President start to listen.
