D.C. Report: A Perfect Storm — Tax Evasion, Tax Reform & the Fair Tax!

In late January, AFFT Chairman & President Steve Hayes and I were scheduled to visit D.C. However, due to a 90-year historic snow storm bearing down on our nation’s Capitol, I rescheduled our appointments for the first week in February, instead. Much like the surprise and lack of preparedness the city experienced, another perfect and historic storm is bearing down on Washington, namely tax reform which is necessitated by the growing tax evasion. It’s been over 100 years since the national income tax system was passed into law, and now that system is crumbling and needs to be replaced with a 21st Century tax system!
